KS Associates is a family run Quantity Surveying Consultancy providing a comprehensive range of services to the construction industry. We provide both pre-contract and post-contract services to Main contractors, Project Managers, Developers, PQS Practices, Construction Management Companies and large Subcontractors.
Over the past nine years our team has grown from two to five members and has achieved continued success year on year. We believe this success is due to the quality of our support services that offer our clients flexibility and confidence.
We work in all market sectors and procurement routes on projects ranging in value from £0.5M to £250M. We offer a tailored approach to each project we undertake, providing a fixed fee proposal together with the relevant PI Insurance. |
